The Centred Body was established by Jacqueline Pye to promote and share the many benefits of holistic health and exercise. Jacqueline is an experienced Body Control Pilates® Teacher and Indian Head Massage Therapist and teaches group and 1:1 Pilates matwork classes, pre natal and post natal Pilates and gives Indian Head Massage (IHM) treatments in various central London locations. These are:
Battersea/Clapham Junction & Clapham, SW11
Kensington & Chelsea
The City of London, near St Paul's, EC4 (covering Blackfriars, Holborn, Chancery Lane and Fleet Street).
Pilates 1:1s are also offered in the South West London/Surrey borders of Raynes Park, Motspur Park, Worcester Park and New Malden. Private 1:1s are available Monday to Thursday during the day, Saturday mornings and on certain weekday evenings.
Look good and feel good throughout the summer by signing up to our Pilates classes at our city venue. Although the summer term is underway, you can still book for the remaining classes. All the details are listed on our Pilates Group Classes page.
Due to the current class being so popular, we've added a second class to the timetable. We currently have 3 places available in this additional class. For more information on our pregnancy Pilates classes, please go to the Ante & Post Natal page.
We have a small stock of head cushions, bands, spiky and overballs available for clients to buy to enhance their Pilates home practice. You can feel confident of the quality as they are the same ones we use regularly in class. We're also very happy to recommend or assist in buying other Pilates equipment, books and DVDs. If you are interested, please speak to me after your class.
